Every Glutenful cookie starts with flour from Barton Springs Mill in Texas, one of America's most respected stone mills.
We use organic wheat flour blended with einkorn, an ancient grain prized for its rich, nutty flavor and deep baking heritage. The grains are stone-milled slowly to preserve the qualities that industrial roller mills often leave behind.
You don't need to know any of that to enjoy the cookie.
But you can taste the difference.
