Then suddenly, wheat was made public enemy number one. Not just for the people who actually needed to avoid it, but for everyone. And just like that, entire grocery aisles traded taste and texture for “gluten-free” stickers.

We went the opposite direction.

That’s why we bake with organic wheat flour and stone-milled ancient grains. Not because they’re trendy, but because they make better cookies.

We’re hitting rewind to the 1990s, back before cookies had to be “functional,” “better-for-you,” or even “guilt-free” to justify their existence. They just had to taste incredible.

Ours still do.
