Chocolate Chip

Back in the ’90s, riding in the back of a station wagon without a seatbelt was just how you traveled. You faced backward, waved at the cars behind you, and questioned nothing. It was also a time when cookies were just cookies. We’re keeping it that way with browned butter dough, bittersweet chocolate chips, and flaky sea salt.
