CALIFORNIA OPT-OUT & PRIVACY RIGHTS

3. Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" right under applicable California law.

7. Authorized Agents
You may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may request documentation demonstrating the agent's authority and may require you to verify your identity before completing the request.

8. Identity Verification
Before fulfilling requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, we may need to verify your identity using information already associated with your account or previous transactions. We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
