CALIFORNIA OPT-OUT & PRIVACY RIGHTS
Last updated: June 26, 2026
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online retailers, we use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, retargeting technologies, and similar services that may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), when used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are a California resident, you may have the following privacy rights:
1. Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, please email us at eat@glutenful.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out." If your browser or device transmits a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will recognize and honor that signal where required by applicable law.
2. Right to Know and Access
You may request information regarding the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which it was collected, the purposes for collecting, using, selling, or sharing it, and the categories of third parties to whom it has been disclosed.
3. Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information necessary to complete transactions, fulfill orders, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with tax, accounting, food safety, shipping, recall, warranty, or other legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
4. Right to Correct
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" right under applicable California law.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights provided under applicable privacy laws. Exercising your privacy rights will not result in denial of goods or services, different pricing, reduced service quality, or retaliation.
7. Authorized Agents
You may authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may request documentation demonstrating the agent's authority and may require you to verify your identity before completing the request.
8. Identity Verification
Before fulfilling requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, we may need to verify your identity using information already associated with your account or previous transactions. We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
9. Submit a Privacy Request
To exercise any applicable privacy rights, please email us at eat@glutenful.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
For more information about how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your personal information, please review our full Privacy Policy.
