SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to love every bite of your Glutenful cookies. Because our products are perishable food items, all food sales are final. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returned food products or restock merchandise once it has left our control.

If something isn't right with your order, we'll work with you to make it right in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day, and many orders ship the same business day. Processing times may be longer during holidays, severe weather, product launches, high order volumes, inventory delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing UPS tracking information.

SHIPPING

All shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

After your package has been accepted by UPS, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Glutenful is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs delays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control, except where required by applicable law.

Please monitor your tracking information and retrieve your package promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from packages being left unattended after delivery, exposure to heat or weather, package theft after confirmed delivery, or improper storage.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer are not eligible for complimentary replacement or refund. If a returned shipment can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS

Because our cookies are perishable consumable food products, we cannot accept returned food items for health and safety reasons. Returned food cannot be resold, redistributed, or donated.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing eat@glutenful.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label when applicable

After reviewing your request, Glutenful may provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement shipment, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Gift cards
• Clearance items
• Promotional giveaways
• Products damaged because they were left unattended after delivery
• Orders using incorrect customer-provided shipping information
• Packages forwarded by third-party forwarding services after delivery

THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Glutenful.com. Products purchased from grocery stores, retailers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces are subject to the return policies of the place where they were purchased.
