Return & Refund Policy
Because our cookies are perishable, they cannot be returned once they leave our oven. However, we will always make things right if something goes wrong.
Wrong Item or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Taste Preferences
We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences or “change-of-diet” decisions.
Shipping Issues
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery. If something happens in transit, we’ll gladly help track the shipment and resolve the issue as best we can.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
